Ordered two new backpacks to take to my grown up job. Still looking for a matching lunchbox, somehow a cartoon Jack Sparrow lunchbox doesn’t scream professional to me. Since I’m living further away from this job than the last it would seem prudent to take my lunch and have the ability to pack my things in a bag that zips so I don’t have it all dangling out of my totebags like I did previously.

Taking the little sister to get her new laptop and then we’ll both have access to computers. Not that we don’t know, a laptop, a netbook and a desktop are all available to her. Geeky much?

So yeah, this is my new tumblr thingamajig. I’ve been feeling an urge to journal lately and I think a public forum is as good as any right?

Ten Random Facts About Me:

1. I can’t eat yogurt. It’s almost physically impossible for me to do it without gagging.

2. I’m allergic to aloe vera.

3. I go by Britt, which is not to be convinced with Brit, a nationality. This is a big peeve of mine.

4. I have never watched Braveheart.

5. Doctor Who is my favorite show.

6. My favorite color is orange.

7. I collect books not to read right away but to let them age like wine or cheese. I’ll read them when I’m ready.

8.My birthday is April 11th. I’m an Aries. Incase you were wondering.

9. I have never completed the Lord of the Rings, it’s been 8 years since I started, I got it for my 16th birthday.

10. On Three day weekends, I set one day aside to watch a Stephen King miniseries, ie. Rose Red, or The Stand.

So yeah, that’s a little bit about me. I hope I didn’t totally bore anyone that’s not reading this.
